I have devoted my career to assisting individuals, groups, and organizations to strengthen, enhance, and empower themselves and others.  We look deeply into three energetic levels of how they function, lead, or educate, and co-create more inspiring, effective and fulfilling ways to move forward.

My Approach to Assistance

My approach to the assistance that I provide to clients large and small reflects my passion for continuous learning and growth, both professionally and personally.  The more I discover about an issue of relevance to their lives and mine the more I want to bring it to others in language and examples that are clear, concrete, and compelling.  I want them to be as excited about their learning, new understandings, self-growth, and empowerment as I am when those sparks of insight first emerge for me – in those exhilarating “ah-ha” moments that bring fresh perspectives, hope, and energy to our lives.
